This company was founded by Dr. Vincent W. Shen in 1995. Vincent got his Ph.D. degree in Material Science and Engineering from Oregon Graduate Institute of Science and Technology in 1992. His knowledge, experience and integrity have earned him high reputation in past 20 plus years of business.
